We start grounded. Brief, honest, no performance. Every man is welcome to pray or pass.

We talk about what's actually going on. Life, leadership, struggles. This is the room where real things get said.

We dig into Scripture together. Every man contributes. No wrong answers, no pressure to perform.

We close with specific commitments and pray for each man by name. You leave carrying each other.
